Jeremy Webb is a seasoned professional in the manufactured housing industry with extensive experience in sales and finance. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Alabama and an MBA specializing in Finance from the University of North Alabama, showcasing his strong foundation in business management.

With over 30 years in the mortgage industry, Teji Singh brings expertise in sales, servicing operations, credit risk, and investor relations. Her career spans seven years with KPMG Peat Marwick and roles at leading institutions, including FHLMC and the FDIC, where she delivered strategic financial solutions.

Teji holds an MBA with honors in Finance and Accounting from the University of California, Irvine, and is a Black Belt Six Sigma certified professional. She is known for her ability to lead key projects that prioritize client needs, streamline processes, and drive impactful results.

Lionel is responsible for guiding NavPros’ strategic vision as well as the development and scalability of its nationwide lending platform. He has more than 30 years of mortgage banking experience and is a highly regarded expert in loan origination, mortgage operations, secondary marketing and compliance within banks, credit unions and independent mortgage bankers. Lionel previously served as vice president of product management at FISERV and is the founder of PCLender, one of the industry’s top five loan origination system (LOS) providers.

Paula Reeves, President and co-founder of CIS Financial Services, Inc., brings over three decades of expertise in mortgage banking and a steadfast commitment to affordable housing. At Land Home Financial Services, she leads efforts to expand access to affordable housing, with a particular focus on Manufactured Housing. Paula's extensive leadership experience includes serving on the Financial Services Board of Governors for the Manufactured Housing Institute in Washington, DC, and contributing to the FHA Title reform committee, where she has driven innovative, sustainable solutions for the industry.

Mark Sheridan has been with Land Home Financial Services for over 17 years, bringing extensive expertise, leadership, and dedication to his role as Senior Vice President of Third-Party Origination (TPO). Deborah Robertson is a consumer financial services law expert with over 20 years in mortgage lending, manufactured housing, and motor vehicle finance. She has guided corporations on compliance, licensing, governance, risk management, and financing laws, building strong regulatory partnerships. Currently, Deborah serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Land Home Financial Services, advising executives and ensuring legal compliance. She previously was Managing Counsel at Toyota Motor Credit Corporation and a Partner at McGlinchey Stafford, PLLC in Albany, NY.

Deborah is active in industry associations, promoting the alignment of business goals with consumer protection. She serves on the Advisory Council for the American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators, has co-chaired the ABA’s Consumer Financial Services Committee, and has affiliations with the AFSA-NACCA Planning Committee, Manufactured Housing Institute, and the American Financial Services Association.

With over 25 years of experience, Nick is known for his innovative streamlining of loan processes, ensuring a smoother transaction.
