We’re looking for a Construction To Permanent-( CTP) Loan Production Coordinator to coordinate application completion through the Setup handoff. This role supports Loan Officers with borrower and retailer follow-up to ensure files are complete, accurate, and ready for formal Setup and Processing.

• Coordinate applications through the Setup handoff.
• Manage disclosures, third-party orders, and intake documentation.
