Manufactured Housing
Construction to Permanent - Loan Production Coordinator
Des Moines, Iowa; Cumberland, Wisconsin; or Hamilton, Alabama.

We’re looking for a Construction To Permanent-( CTP) Loan Production Coordinator to coordinate application completion through the Setup handoff. This role supports Loan Officers with borrower and retailer follow-up to ensure files are complete, accurate, and ready for formal Setup and Processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Loan Officers with active applications and front-end loan production.
- Coordinate applications through the Setup handoff.
- Manage disclosures, third-party orders, and intake documentation.
- Follow up with borrowers and retailers on outstanding items.
- Support Loan Officers in keeping CTP applications on track.
- Ensure files are complete and ready for Setup and Processing.
- Provide professional and timely communication to borrowers and internal teams.
- Protect confidential information and follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines.
- Mortgage, consumer lending, loan processing, or financial-services experience preferred.
- Experience with loan origination or CRM systems preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Manufactured housing lending experience is preferred but not required.
This position does not have independent credit decision, loan approval, or rate/term negotiation authority unless separately authorized and properly licensed by the Company.

Chattel - Loan Production Coordinator

We’re looking for a Chattel Loan Production Coordinator to drive application conversion and borrower follow-up from initial application through Processing Readiness. This role will keep applications moving, help borrowers quickly complete outstanding requirements, and ensure a smooth handoff to Chattel Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Loan Officers with active applications and front-end loan production.
- Follow up with borrowers and retailers to obtain missing information and documentation.
- Review applications for completeness and coordinate outstanding items.
- Maintain accurate loan status, notes, tasks, and documentation in company systems.
- Assist with disclosures and required front-end documentation.
- Coordinate third-party orders and supporting documentation as needed.
- Monitor outstanding items and escalate issues appropriately.
- Coordinate clean handoffs to Setup, Processing, and other operational teams.
- Provide professional and timely communication to borrowers and internal teams.
- Protect confidential information and follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
