Pros: Steve was east to reach and correspond with. Friendly and knowledgable of the process. Responded timely to questions and concerns. Cons: I believe there should be more clarity regarding the selection of the interest rate for the customer. I still do not have clarity on the interest rate that I have in comparison to the interest rates offered from other mortgage companies for a trailer, though it is significantly better.
