About Richmond

I've been with Land Home Financial since 1998, focusing primarily on construction financing for manufactured and modular homes. Construction loans make up about 90% of my business. I’m also proud to have earned a spot in Land Home Financial’s President’s Club every year since 2018. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, wine tasting in Napa, reading, exercising, and spending time with my daughter. I’ve also been active in volleyball leagues and tournaments for over 20 years. I’m a competitive person who strives for excellence in everything I do—especially when it comes to delivering top-notch service to my borrowers and clients.
