About David

I’ve been a Loan Officer since 1997 and proudly part of the Land Home Financial Services team since 2009. I genuinely enjoy helping people solve problems and achieve the dream of homeownership. While I love working with numbers, I understand that many clients don’t—so I focus on simplifying the process and helping them feel confident in their decisions. I’m licensed in California and Arizona and have specialized in Manufactured Home financing since 1999. Most of the loans I close today are for new construction of manufactured and modular homes. I offer loan programs many lenders don’t, including new construction with lot purchase, chattel or home-only financing, retrofitting permanent foundation systems, and replacement of older manufactured homes. I’m committed to helping clients find the best possible solution for their needs.
