CONCORD, CA, January 15, 2016: CONCORD, CA. (2015) – On Thursday, January 14, 2016, Land Home Financial Services, Inc. (Land Home) officially welcomed their 20,000th client into their servicing portfolio. Land Home retains the servicing rights on approximately 90% of their funded loans.

Land Home entered the servicing market in 2010 through a Fannie Mae (FNMA) pilot program which focused on Manufactured Housing with the goal of providing a hands-on, client advocate approach to loan servicing. They saw a need for a well-managed servicing platform that focused on transparency and client service. It wasn’t long after the initial FNMA program that Land Home started offering servicing across their product portfolio when the housing market started to show signs of life in early 2010.
